Participation in all activities on this site is at your own risk and the following of any recommendations is entirely voluntary When taking part on any physical activities, please ensure that you:

RISK ASSESS YOUR AREA: Make sure that the area is clear and that you have enough space to move freely, move possible obstructions. Make sure that your space is at a suitable temperature and well lit.

STAY HYDRATED: Drink plenty of water before, during and after each session,

KNOW YOUR UPPER LIMITS: Only do what feels or is perceived as comfortable and is within your usual regime, take breaks as you feel is necessary

Stop if you feel dizzy, disorientated, very thirsty, a headache, racing pulse, palpitations, unusual aches or pain.

PRE-EXISTING HEALTH CONDITION: If you have a pre-existing condition (e.g. Heart condition, back injury, diabetes, respiratory disease, pregnant etc) please consider whether selected program is suitable for you and if you have any doubt then seek medical advice and avoid taking part until you are reassured.

AGE: Always stick to the level of activity that you can manage, and make sure that any children taking part are supervised at all times by an adult.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Keep your mobile phone nearby and if you feel faint dizzy or have any physical discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
